Frequently Asked Questions

The entire club will be completely transformed for the party.  Check-in for the party will be downstairs in the building lobby.  Your party experience will start as soon as you exit the elevator.  There will be opportunities to enjoy the party with your group at a table or cabana you reserve.  Cocktails and food will be available throughout the club and different activations will be stationed in various locations.  The House of Moet and Hennessey will be participating amount others in the champagne and cocktail experiences!

We will have a live band performing on the ballroom side of the club and we will have DJ Bella Foxx mixing the music in the Aperture lounge during the entire party.

YES!  Party attendees will be able to enjoy the food, live band on the ballroom side of the Club, the DJ in the Aperture lounge, and all points in between during the party

The first batch of tickets will be allocated for the New Year’s Eve planning committee, then the Former Board Chairs, then the committee chairs, and then the remainder of tickets will be released to the remainder of the membership.  At that point, ticket availability will be first come first served.

One member must purchase a table or cabana. They can then split the cost with other members after that purchase.

All VIP experiences (tables, cabanas, etc) must be paid in advance by credit card.  GA tickets may be purchased on member account.

Members can bring guests to the party, but only members can purchase tickets

The party will start at 9pm and end at 1am.  The Ultra Premium Dining Experience will start at 8pm and probably last until 10:30pm.  Then those participants can go and enjoy the rest of the party.

GA ticket will include premium bar package.  A sample teaser of the featured premium brands are:

Grey Goose Vodka, Botanist Gin, Buffalo Trace, Maker’s Mark Whiskey, Dos Hombres Mezcal.  Champagne will be from the LVMH portfolio.

Tables and Cabanas with be provided with 2btls each of Premium Champagne (LVMH portfolio) and Premium spirit.  Cabana & Table reservations will also have full access to premium bar package.

Ultra Premium Dining Experience will be a Chef-curated menu with exclusive wine pairings.

All attendees must be 21+ to participate. All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges. Prices are subject to change while supplies last.

Upscale Cocktail and or Semi-Formal Attire. No ball caps, t-shirts, jeans, shorts, athletic wear or tennis shoes will be permitted.

ALL TICKET-HOLDERS MUST BE PRESENT when picking up wristbands, as we need to check all IDs. We cannot give out only some of the wristbands in your group if you purchased multiple tickets or the ‘group of five’ option.

Non Member Parking is $8

Uber/Lyft is highly recommended.

We have special rate on a room block at The Westin Bonaventure, please book directly with the hotel for the City Club LA NYE rate.

Covid-19 Protocol (if any at all) For All Guests will be announced closer to the event date, and will be based on current CDC Guideline and City of Los Angeles protocols to party safely and responsibly. If event is canceled due to Covid-19, you’ll be refunded.

Disclaimer: We do not have any schedules or planned fireworks for this event. But fireworks around town can be seen if they happen.
